| | بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ |
| | 94.1. Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, |
| | 94.1. Bukankah Kami telah melapangkan untukmu dadamu?, |
| | 94.1. 难道我没有为你而开拓你的胸襟吗？ |
| | 94.1. われは，あなたの胸を広げなかったか。 |
| | 94.1. ¿No te hemos infundido ánimo, |
|
| | |
| | وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ |
| | 94.2. And eased thee of the burden |
| | 94.2. dan Kami telah menghilangkan daripadamu bebanmu, |
| | 94.2. 我卸下了你的重任 |
| | 94.2. あなたから重荷を降したではないか。 |
| | 94.2. Liberado de la carga |
|
| | |
| | الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ |
| | 94.3. Which weighed down thy back; |
| | 94.3. yang memberatkan punggungmu? |
| | 94.3. 即使你的背担负过重的， |
| | 94.3. それは，あなたの背中を押し付けていた。 |
| | 94.3. Que agobiaba tu espalda |
|
| | |
| | وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ |
| | 94.4. And exalted thy fame? |
| | 94.4. Dan Kami tinggikan bagimu sebutan (nama)mu, |
| | 94.4. 而提高了你的声望， |
| | 94.4. またわれは，あなたの名声を高めたではないか。 |
| | 94.4. Y alzado tu reputación? |
|
| | |
| | فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا |
| | 94.5. But lo! with hardship goeth ease, |
| | 94.5. Karena sesungguhnya sesudah kesulitan itu ada kemudahan, |
| | 94.5. 与艰难相伴的，确是容易， |
| | 94.5. 本当に困難と共に，安楽はあり， |
| | 94.5. ¡La adversidad y la felicidad van a una! |
|
| | |
| | إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا |
| | 94.6. Lo! with hardship goeth ease; |
| | 94.6. sesungguhnya sesudah kesulitan itu ada kemudahan. |
| | 94.6. 与艰难相伴的，确是容易， |
| | 94.6. 本当に困難と共に，安楽はある。 |
| | 94.6. ¡La adversidad y la felicidad van a una! |
|
| | |
| | فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ |
| | 94.7. So when thou art relieved, still toil |
| | 94.7. Maka apabila kamu telah selesai (dari sesuatu urusan), kerjakanlah dengan sungguh-sungguh (urusan) yang lain, |
| | 94.7. 当你的事务完毕时， |
| | 94.7. それで（当面の務めから）楽になったら，更に労苦して， |
| | 94.7. Cuando estés libre, ¡mantente diligente! |
|
| | |
| | وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ |
| | 94.8. And strive to please thy Lord. |
| | 94.8. dan hanya kepada Tuhanmulah hendaknya kamu berharap. |
| | 94.8. 你应当勤劳，你应当向你的主恳求。 |
| | 94.8. （只一筋に）あなたの主に傾倒するがいい。 |
| | 94.8. Y a tu Señor ¡deséale ardientemente! |
